- Unworn glasses in original condition with all tags and protective films intact
- Complete packaging including original case, cleaning cloth, and documentation
- Prescription glasses (subject to our prescription return policy below)
- Sunglasses and optical frames purchased from our official store
Non-Returnable Items
- Glasses showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Prescription lenses that have been customized to your specification (see exceptions below)
- Gifts or promotional items (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
Prescription Lens Returns
We understand that prescription glasses are a significant investment. Our prescription return policy offers additional protection:
Quality Guarantee: If your prescription lenses are incorrect due to our manufacturing error, we will remake them at no cost within 30 days.
Prescription Return Conditions
- Manufacturing defects: Full refund or remake at no charge
- Incorrect prescription: Verified by licensed optometrist - full remake provided
- Frame compatibility issues: Exchange for alternative frame within same price range
- Customer prescription changes: 50% credit toward new prescription lenses within 30 days

Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect item:

Holiday Returns
Items purchased during holiday seasons have extended return periods:
